About Me

I was diagnosed with Stage III-A Splenic Sarcoma in December 2017 - January 2018, and it has been a year and a half since I have been living with cancer. I have opted for natural and alternative ways of treating my illness instead of doing the conventional way such as surgery, chemotherapy and radiation. So far, I have been doing good. Every morning I wake up, I thank God for giving me another chance at life. Each day is a gift. Every experience is a blessing .

I started this blog as something that was fun to do, because I love writing, and I am able to express myself more through writing. In real life, I am very shy, always second guessing myself, and always afraid of embarrassing myself or giving the wrong impression. I am quiet and serious most of the time except with people I am most comfortable with, and there are only a few. Growing up I preferred the company of my books,  my piano, and my art stuff. I wrote poetry and fiction, I wrote music, and I drew and colored for most of my childhood and teenage years.

This blog is where I share my cancer journey, hoping in my own little way, I can help people in the same journey as I am, by talking about how it's like to be living with cancer... by talking about the everyday troubles that we go through... by talking about the difficult decisions that we have to make... I want them to know that I understand what they're going through, if they feel that nobody else does. We are in this together .

This blog is also where I share my testimony for Jesus Christ, the savior of the world, the ultimate healer and miracle worker in our lives. My life has been one miracle after another, and I want to share the amazing things that God has done in my life, so that through my testimony, people will also find their way to God .

I also share my coloring journey here, to bring lots of color and sunshine to your day! I have outgrown coloring since college. But because I got sick, I needed an outlet that would relieve my stress. Coloring has given me that outlet. One day I was googling for coloring pages to print and color, and I stumbled upon Johanna Basford's coloring books, and since then I was hooked! It is such great therapy, and for some reason that I bet only colorists and artists will understand, it makes me really happy.

Another way to take away stress is by reading God's Word. The Bible is an amazing book! It is alive with so many prophecies happening before our very eyes. It is God's Word, and it is full of wisdom and full of hope. For those who are feeling hopeless, read the Bible my dear friends! It is beautiful, because it is the story of God's amazing love for mankind .

So, guys, welcome to my blog. Feel free to hang around and read any of my posts, if you don't mind a little bit of drama and some ranting and raving.  Thanks for stopping by, and hope to see you again .

Sending you the love of Jesus Christ ! God bless you
